Format: FLAC
Source: SB/FM (not sure though)
Quality: A- (Maybe A if remastered)
Date: 1974-05-12 (air date, likely recorded before then)
Good frequency response and stereo imaging. A little noise and distortion.

Setlist:
1. Mystery Mountain
2. Topaz
3. It's All Too Much
4. In My Lonely Feeling--Conversations
5. Kohoutek
6. To Play Some Music
7. Of A Lifetime
8. In the Morning Day

Source 2:
Format: FLAC
Quality: B
Ok frequency response and imaging. A little noise and distortion. Looks a bit brickwalled.
Apparently this copy is remastered, if you have an unedited copy please contact me.

Same setlist but complete In The Morning Day > Outro

Some info I have collected over the years on this one, which I now have listed as 1974-05:

In a recent real / early Journey seed I mentioned which early Journey shows I have and there was a lot of interest, so here we go.
In chronological order, but this one might be the sweetest of them all. I agree with the original seeder, this is one of my favourite Journey recordings.

Fellow dimer gv0000 told me this was broadcast 1974-05-12, so the recording date can not have been 1974-05-27. Let's settle for May 1974 then.

> Just so everyone is clear. This is from a copy I made in the San Francisco public library of page 19 from the Entertainment section of the Sunday May 12, 1974 Oakland Tribune under the caption "Sunday Radio." These are FM Radio Highlights for Sunday May 12, 1974. In the lower right corner is the listing for "Journey live from the Record Plant" at 11 P.M. on KSAN (94.9) on Sunday May 12, 1974. Regardless of when it was recorded, it was broadcast on KSAN for the first time on Sunday May 12, 1974, so obviously it was recorded on or before May 12, 1974 (depending upon whether it was live or prerecorded). The KSAN Record Plant shows were broadcast on Sunday nights at 11 pm. May 27, 1974 would have been a Monday, and although not impossible it is very unlikely that there was a re-broadcast 15 days later, and obviously it can not be the record date.

("Original Cut" is a bootleg CD with the first 36 minutes of this recording but a slightly longer intro by the DJ, plus 6 tracks recorded 1976-11-26 Frankfurt.)
